OUR QUALITY PROCESS

Our expert Account Managers guide you and your product
through the various stages of production.

3 ONSITE INSPECTION

Your product goes through a minimum of
3 quality control checks to ensure you
receive the highest quality products.

This is not only our motto but our promise.
We recognise that problems may arrive, whatever the reason our account managers are more than happy to review any queries you may have.
Our team of experts work tirelessly to ensure that you receive the packaging you & your company deserves.

RETURNS

If you're unhappy with your products, please return the defected products and make contact with your account manager to discuss the problem.
Once we've received the items, your personal account manager will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss resolving any issues you may have.

QUALITY REVIEW

You account manager, along with our production manager will review the products in question. We'll compile a quality report to decide the best course of action.

REPORT FINDINGS

The results and findings will be explained to you, and your account manager with liaise with you about the options available at this stage.

REPLACE & DISPATCH

Items that have failed the quality inspection will be replaced within a reasonable lead time reflective of your original order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Whilst we make every effort to stick to the lead times stated, we cannot accept liability for missing any deadlines due to factors outside our control such as; courier delays, customs hold-ups and machine malfunction.
