PRINT AREA GUIDES

Overprint does have print area limitations, please have a look and bear these in mind when designing.

We can print in CMYK or Pantone Spot colours, photographic printing is also available on some styles

TWISTED HANDLE BAGS

Print Guidelines for Twisted Handle Bags

  • ▪ Bags are folded flat when printed, so keep artwork higher than the Gusset width from the bottom. E.g. 190x80x210mm bag, artwork should be higher than 80mm from the bottom.
  • ▪ Always leave a minimum 20mm margin around your design and the edge of the bag.
  • ▪ When designing for Rope Handle bags, keep the design below and away from the rope holes.

ROPE HANDLE BAGS

Print Guidelines for Rope Handle Bags

  • ▪ Always leave a margin of 30mm from the side edges of the bag and from the bottom (this refers to the edge of the gusset when folded up.
  • ▪ Leave approximately 45mm gap from the handle holes at the top of the bag.

  • ▪ Boxes are printed on in net form, any box that can be folded from a net can be made overprint.
  • ▪ Remember some faces, when folded, are upside down. We recommend making a mini-mock up of your box before finalising your artwork to check everything the right way up.
  • ▪ Always leave a minimum 20mm margin around your design.
